Salford 2012-2013 General Graphic Communication

I think it would be great to finish my education off with a BA Hons, which not only look good on my resumé but also would give me more knowledge on my chosen career path. This will be working on paper-based design such as brochures, posers and promotional material. I really enjoy working with different papers and using classy traditional techniques such as foil printing, embossing and spot varnishing.

Salford 2012-2013 Motion Graphics

I love a challenge, Motion Graphics is a different world and I feel this would be a great challenge. Almost like learning a new language. I feel excited about the idea and how I could bring my design ideas to life by manipulating content, introducing sound and after effects. This would be beneficial to me becoming adaptable to work in al these different areas, opening doors for a larger variety of design house jobs.

Get a Job in industry

I would love to get a job more than anything, being In industry and working with very inspiring people to bring the best out in me would be fantastic. I would find working very rewarding, just that feeling of completing a job beyond exceptional standards and meeting/making new clients.

The future

My idea of where I want to be in the near future is to be working for a design house creating inspiring layouts, classy logos, and possibly even motion graphics. I have a passion for paper and even though everything is becoming digitalised I still want something to hand, this is a quality in design a lot of people are forgetting about and this Is where I want to be. I want to become more adaptable in all areas therefore giving more chance of creating a job for myself.

After a few years experience I would love the opportunity to run my own design company and continue to become a creative director.

My ideas for the near future have changed and I feel its time to get out and get myself known. and  as there is so much more to learn I believe the industry will teach me this.
